- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They charged me for insurance on a home I did not own, yet. Then they took their sweet time refunding me the funds. This happened twice. Next, they cursed the loan people for the mistake. Once I bought the home, a years worth of funds were sent to Lighthouse Ins. A month later I learned insurance was never placed on the home, even though lighthouse had the funds. So I had insurance when I did not request it, then did not have it when I needed it. Long story short, I have insurance with another company.By Todd Goodrow, March 08, 2017
